The best systems I use tend to feel almost invisible. They do not demand attention to prove they are working. They just make the next good action easier to see.
A list can be enough. A folder with the right name can be enough. A ritual at the beginning of the day can be enough if it keeps me from reopening the same decision ten times.
I am trying to trust the small structures more. Not because they solve everything, but because they leave more of the room available for the actual work.
